6. Ultimate Package- $999 
For entrepreneurs who would like to have their business in rotation each month on the show:

• 3 Interviews via FLY WORLD MEDIA (30 minutes each)
• 5 Social Media Shoutouts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Two Live Read commercial by on-air personalities (must provide material)
• 5 Email Blasts to our subscriber list
• Distribution of items of your choosing in Event Swag Bags (to be provided by sponsor)
• Distribution of items via information booth, audience giveaways and/ or product sampling opportunities
• Promotion on our website for 3 months

Once you have chosen your package the following terms applies to you:
1. All entrepreneurs must call in to show at least 3 to 5 minutes prior to interview time. (for phone interviews
only)
2. For in house interviews all entrepreneurs must be in the studio 10 to 15 minutes prior to the show
3. Only the entrepreneurs are allowed to call into radio show (for phone interviews only)
4. Payments must be made via PayPal prior to interview on radio show. (send PayPal payments to
[email protected])
5. People(s) cannot be under any influence when calling into radio show I.E. Alcohol or any drug of choice
6. Any referrals provided you will receive a 10% discount off of your selected package

1. All talent must be in the studio 20 to 30 minutes prior to the show 

2. Only the talent is allowed to sit in the radio studio (If there is a lounge area the talents guests are welcome to sit in that designated area.)

3. People(s) cannot be under any influence when present in radio studio i.e. Alcohol or any drug of choice 

4. Send short Bio of yourself for hosts to read on the show

5. Give any particular questions you would like us to ask you during the interview.

GUEST INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIRTUAL INTERVIEWS

Invited as a guest to join a StreamYard broadcast? Here’s what you need to know:

Before the broadcast

Make sure you have the following:

• A laptop or desktop with a webcam and mic.
• A recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Opera
• A strong internet connection. Just like Skype, you must have a strong internet connection for it to work well. If possible, connect to your router with an ethernet cable instead of using WiFi.
• We recommend wearing earbuds or headphones to prevent audio echoes.

If you don’t have a laptop or desktop, you can also join the StreamYard studio on your mobile device such as a phone or tablet! If you are using an Android device, we recommend the Chrome browser.

If you are using an iOS device such as an iPad or iPhone, we recommend downloading our mobile app from the Apple app store. Click here to download the StreamYard App! For instructions on how to use our app to join a studio as a guest, check out our article here. If you don’t want to use the app, you can also join the studio directly from the Safari browser. 

If you’re on iOS 14.2, we recommend updating your device before joining. iOS 14.2 has some issues with audio stuttering.

Joining the broadcast

When the time comes, follow these steps to enter the broadcast studio:

1. The host should provide you with a link before the show. Open the link in a supported browser for your device and you’ll be taken to their broadcast studio.
2. Allow StreamYard to access your camera and mic.
3. Make sure you have the correct camera and mic selected. 
4. Enter a display name. Use your actual name or the name of your brand. Then enter the studio.

The host will be informed that you’ve arrived. You won’t be part of the broadcast until the host decides to add you in. The page will update to let you know when you’ve been added. Then everyone will be able to see and hear you. This is your time to shine!

Remember, the host asked you to join because they want to hear what you have to say. Have fun!
