Forever Live Young Entertainment invites you to become a contributor for its new fundraising project, L.E.V.I.N.D.A., to benefit The Foundation for Women’s Cancer. The primary source of funding for L.E.V.I.N.D.A. is from independent sponsors, such as yourself. F.L.Y. Entertainment receives no governmental funding. Hopefully, together with your support, we can make this a memorable and successful annual event that will bring the community together as well as raise funds for this important organization every year. Your contribution means a lot.
Below you will find the monetary donation of each level and the benefits to being a sponsor. All proceeds will be split between the L.E.V.I.N.D.A. project and The Foundation for Women’s Cancer.
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and 5 Star Level indicates a monetary donation from an individual or organization in support of the project in one of 5 levels:
Bronze Level in the amount of $10 + receives:
L.E.V.I.N.D.A. pen or key chain
Silver Level in the
amount of $25+ receives:
L.E.V.I.N.D.A. water bottle
Gold Level in the
amount of $50+ receives:
L.E.V.I.N.D.A. mesh bag
Platinum Level in the amount of $100+ receives:
T-Shirt with L.E.V.I.N.D.A. logo.
5 STAR Level in the amount of $500+ receives:
Pen or keychain, water bottle, tote bag, t-shirt, plus 1 VIP pass allowing full access to events
