This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, connected, business-minded, and eager to help build a brand into a lucrative and highly in-demand platform.
Responsibilities Include:
- Brainstorming creative ideas and business opportunities
- Assisting with strategic planning and brand development
- Seeking out lucrative gigs, appearances, partnerships, and opportunities
- Networking and connecting talent with potential collaborators and affiliates
- Assisting with negotiations and professional communications
- Helping execute business plans and projects effectively
- Providing guidance and feedback on career decisions and brand direction

Qualifications:
- Some experience in Entertainment Management, Talent Management, Media, PR, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to speak professionally with clients and business contacts
- Deal-making and negotiation skills are a plus
- Must be organized, motivated, dependable, and proactive
- Passion for entertainment, media, and brand building is REQUIRED

Compensation:
Compensation for this role is commission/bonus based, but negotiable based on experience, performance, and opportunities secured.
