What to Expect

Too many men are taught to stay silent and push through. This workshop is a space to question that script: to talk honestly, listen to each other, and rethink what strength really looks like.

Break the Silence

A safe, judgment-free space for men to talk openly about pressure, stress and the things we're told to keep inside.

Redefine Strength

Explore how real strength includes being honest about how you feel, asking for help and taking care of your mind.

Build Brotherhood

Connect with other men from the community and leave with support, perspective and people you can lean on.

Asking for help isn’t weakness. It’s strength.
